Pioneer Test Top-up Rebate Rules

Dear Lords,

Thank you for joining the Cinder & Crowns Pioneer Test, opening 30 July 2026, 11:00 (UTC+8).

This is a paid, data-wipe test — all game data is reset after the test. Top-ups made during the test are refunded as in-game Gold after the official launch, per the rules below.

Rebate Rules

• Top-up cap for this test: USD 2,000. No further purchases once reached.
• Top-ups are combined and refunded at 1 USD = 60 Gold, rounded up; any amount under 1 USD counts as 1 USD.
• Tiers:
  • $0 < spend ≤ $20 → 300% of the corresponding Gold
  • $20 < spend ≤ $100 → 200%
  • $100 < spend ≤ $2,000 → 100%

Example

Total top-up $1,523.30 → calculated as $1,524: under $20: 20 × 60 × 300% = 3,600 Gold; $20–$100: (100−20) × 60 × 200% = 9,600 Gold; over $100: (1,524−100) × 60 × 100% = 85,440 Gold; Total: 98,640 Gold.

Important Notes

1. Rebates are delivered by in-game mail after launch; mail is valid for 30 calendar days.
2. You must log in and create a character within 30 calendar days of the official launch to receive it. Otherwise it is forfeited.
3. Rebate mail is sent only to the same account used for purchases during the Pioneer Test.
4. Rebates are based solely on the actual amount topped up.
5. iOS users cannot purchase during the test (TestFlight limitation). Use the same account on Android or a PC emulator, or contact Support via Avatar → Setup → Basic → Support. Purchases are shared across platforms and combined into your total.
6. Rebate Gold does not count toward First Purchase or other top-up events after launch; you can still join all launch promotions.
7. ⚠️ Only top up through official channels. Third-party or discounted top-up services are not eligible for the rebate and may lead to account suspension, data leaks, or failed delivery.
8. Launch regions may vary by local publishing strategy — please watch for official announcements.
