You can request deletion of your Cinder & Crowns account and its associated personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
Send an email to contact@skyvanillagames.com from the email address associated with your account (or include your in-game ID), with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". You may also submit a request through the in-game customer support feature.
What is deleted
Once we verify your identity, we will delete your account and the personal data we hold about it — including your profile, in-game progress, and identifiers — within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain data to comply with legal, security, or fraud-prevention obligations.
Please note
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. In-game purchases, progress, and items are not recoverable after deletion. If you have questions before requesting deletion, contact us at contact@skyvanillagames.com.
